Dear Em: you are such a good writer. Make sure you keep a travel diary - one day you might want to publish a book or booklet about your adventures. Together with your photos, I think it would be a success!
Love the way you describe the little towns, the roasted lamb (they do that in Portugal, too, on a spit), the nice people you meet along the way and the not so nice that leave smelly souvenirs on the campgrounds!
